Neutralizing Lotion

Miskoka Beauty Lifting Cream is the first step towards effortlessly curled natural lashes. The lifting cream breaks down the bonds of the natural lash which then enables them to be restructured into a new shape.

10 x 1.5ml e/0.05 fl.oz Sachets

Apply a pea-sized amount of Step 2 Neutralizing Lotion to a micro-brush or cotton swab. Generously apply a strip of Step 2 Neutralizing Lotion to the same location as the Step 1 Lifting Cream (root to the centre section).

Very fine, fine and tinted lashes 5 minutes

Natural, course/thick healthy lashes 6 minutes
